About the Association

The Lower Streatham Neighbourhood Watch and Residents Association draws its members from residents in the following roads in London SW16, U.K.:

As a very rough estimate there are about a thousand households in this area. We have begun a membership list which currently runs at something over a hundred named persons, thus representing perhaps twice that many within their families.

We have contact with and are interested to communicate with persons in the surrounding areas including the persons in the higher numbered part of Ellison Road and the adjoining roads, South Streatham Common Neighbourhood Watch (on the other side of the A23 main road), and the persons with similar concerns in the Pathfield Road and Natal Road areas. Some of these people attend our public meetings where they are welcome, and their comments are valued in building up the picture of our area. The Association also seeks the involvement of the shops and businesses, including those on the roads bordering the working area.

As well as contact through public meetings and newsletters we are building an email list with a section for persons from anywhere outside of the area who are interested to receive occsasional email circulations from the Association. Drop an email to through our web email form requesting to be added if you would like to be included on that list. By the same token, persons from outside the area are welcome to email us with info or comments which may be of interest to the Association.

The Association runs newsletters three or four times a year, and public meetings about twice a year.
